Terms & Conditions
The Key is a privilege, never a promotion — and never a place in line. Here is what carrying it means.
Nobody Is Above Anybody
The Key is a privilege, never a promotion — and never a position. Carrying the Key does not entitle any member to shorter wait times, priority seating, a better table, a faster kitchen, an earlier appointment, or a spot ahead of anyone else in any line, queue, waitlist, or reservation book.
Every guest at every partner business — member or not — is served in the same order, waits the same wait, and receives the same care. The Key opens doors to privileges our partners choose to extend. It never opens a door ahead of the person who was there first.
Members who ask staff for preferential treatment over other guests are acting outside the spirit of the program, and repeated abuse may result in the Key being reclaimed.
The Key Itself
Keys are issued in person at participating partner locations. The Key identifies one member, is non-transferable, and may not be sold, lent, or duplicated. It has no cash value and is not a gift card, credit instrument, or form of payment.
The Key remains the property of The Key To The Magic City program and may be reclaimed at any time for misuse, abuse of staff or fellow guests, or conduct outside the spirit of the program.
Privileges & Deals
Each privilege is offered voluntarily by the individual partner business, at its own discretion, and may be changed, paused, or withdrawn by that partner at any time without notice.
Present your Key before ordering or purchasing. Privileges cannot be combined with other offers unless the partner says otherwise, have no cash value, and apply only at participating locations.
Privileges are extended to the member present with their Key. They do not extend to parties, groups, or third parties unless the partner explicitly offers it.
Our Partners
Partner businesses are independent establishments. The Key To The Magic City curates the network but does not operate, control, or assume responsibility for any partner's products, services, pricing, hours, or availability.
Any concern about goods or services should be raised with the business directly, the same way any other guest would.
Conduct
Members represent the program every time the Key comes out of a pocket. Treat staff and fellow guests with respect. Businesses reserve the right to refuse a privilege to anyone behaving inappropriately, and the program reserves the right to reclaim the Key of any member who does.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as the program grows. The current version will always live on this page, and continued use of the Key means acceptance of the terms as written here.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask at any partner location or reach out through the program directly. We would rather explain a rule than enforce one.
A privilege, never a promotion.
